Lachlan Drummond was invited to appear as an Expert Witness during the Hazelwood Mine Fire Inquiry to evaluate the quality of communications from authorities to affected communities. Often this involves qualitative and quantitative research looking at how comprehension, tone, saliency, resonance and of course effectiveness. His communications research experience is across all channels including digital, TV, print and radio.
This includes concept testing of TVC for government and corporate clients to maximise their effectiveness.
